Personal Contemplation

Contemplation is a practice that cultivates mindfulness, wisdom, and compassion. It is an intellectual practice that can manifest solutions for life’s challenges. We can use this practice to inspire the spirit, train the mind, and to sustain the body. Based on the Thrive Global website, there are “three benefits that are realized form contemplation; you learn about yourself, you learn from your past, and you take intelligent and thoughtful action.

In the spring-fed rivers of Florida, river grass undulates in the current in a hypnotic way.  Gaining inspiration from the river grass, this space for contemplation is formed to hold the body in a relaxing position, allowing the mind to relax and reflect.
