Performance and Video Production

Visualization meditation is a technique focused on enhancing feelings of relaxation, peace, and calmness by visualizing positive scenes or images. With this practice, it’s important to imagine the scene vividly and use all five senses to add as much detail as possible.  

This performance is about the sensual and sculptural form of the wind.  It is an admiration of the unpredictability and freedom of this force in conjunction with its relationship to architecture. 

Human live and exist within their own creation.  This film is the observation of a human living within the human fantasy.

In this video, I will put my best foot forward for those who I consider the most worthy. 

This video is about the experiences of a lifetime of four women, WW2 children.  It highlights how much our world has changed in such a short time. 

This was my students final project in a very intense sculpture class called "Space".  I am so proud of them!
